I am a mum of three and currently have four beautiful grand-kids, my family and friends are important to me, so I always strive to be the best version of myself - for me and for my loved ones. It's all about finding balance in the chaos!
One of my passions is learning new skills and information. I love to research whole body wellness so as I can pass on information to help others on their wellness journey and educate them with health hacks to make daily life easier and less stressful through nutrition, emotional and spiritual support.
For many years I functioned at a hectic and chaotic pace. I worked 5 days a week in human services, helped my husband run his business, served on charities, raised my kids, renovated our houses and tried to support family and friends through their everyday journeys.
Then one day I simply ran out of steam and ended up running away to live up a mountain far far away! And while I thought I was saving myself by escaping, I was actually burned out and suffering PTSD.. I just didn’t know it then.
I can tell you that running away doesn’t work, issues just follow you but manifest in different ways.
So through my many experiences I realised that we can still be busy, we just need to find the balance and the tools that support us to stay on top of our chaos.
So to live a more peaceful life we need to balance Body, Mind and Soul. Let me show you how..
